Pastor Douglas McClure is our administrator. He has pastored here at Grace Baptist Church for 10 years and has been very involved in the administration of our school. He is a great supporter of our center and our staff. |

Mrs. McClure (Mrs. Cheryl McClure) has been a part of the NLCS staff for 10 years. She is primarily the kindergarten teacher and this year had a combination class of pre-kindergarten and kindergarten. For the past 7 years Mrs. McClure has also served as the director. She enjoys teaching and especially teaching children to read. She feels teaching reading and planting those seeds of early literacy is one of the greatest gifts we can give children. In the classroom her goal is to make all learning fun and to lay a good skills foundation for other teachers to build upon. As director, Mrs. McClure's goal is to have a top quality child care center in which children are happy, well adjusted and nurtured daily in all areas of their growth ...social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. |

Mrs. Glenn (Mrs. Linda Glenn) is the assistant director at NLCS and has been a part of the staff for 19 years. She is an integral part of our team and is ready to assist wherever she may be needed from taking care of sick and hurt children to helping with time-outs. She works in every area of our office as both secretary and receptionist taking phone calls and answering questions for you about accounts, policies, staff, etc. We are very glad to have Mrs. Glenn as a part of the NLCS team. |

Miss Diana (Mrs. Diana Huffar) is one our our child care workers helping in all areas of child care from the toddler department through our kindergarten department. She is our cook on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She always has a kind word and cheerful smile for the children. She enjoys seeing the "light" go on in their eyes when they learn something new. It is her goal to teach values they can use all their lives. We are happy to have Miss Diana here at NLCS. |

Miss Kris (Mrs. Kris Uptgraft) works in our school as a Pre-Kindergarten teacher. She especially enjoys the toddlers and watching their personalities develop. She says working with toddlers gives her an excuse to play and stay young. Kris is a great asset to NLCS and we enjoy having her on the NLCS team. The toddlers also enjoy "playing" with her. |

Miss Vicky (Mrs. Vicky Lewis) has been a part of the NLCS staff for five years. Presently she works with our older toddlers. She loves children and believes this is what God wants her to do with her life. We appreciate her dedication to her class and all the children at our center. Her goals include teaching children about Jesus and teaching them the necessary skills for social, emotional, cognitive and motor skill development. |

Miss Kristen (Kristen Lewis) says she feels knowing that she has helped make an impact on their lives is an awesome thing. |

Miss Chery (Chery Bylery) enjoys working with children because they are cute and it is fun and interesting to watch them learn. Working at NLCS also prepares her for her future plans. |
